MVG40 Valve Gate System
The MVG40 (Manifold Valve Gate) system is ideal for all applications which require high speed, simultaneous or sequential filling, or for highly cosmetic gates. The MVG valve gate system produces faster cycle times, improved part strength and appearance with increased dimensional stability. Due to its multiple gating options and lack of material traps it will operate with the most demanding materials including filled materials.
The MVG40 is designed for easy installation and maintenance due to simple mounting in the backplate with integral airways.

Multiple Nozzle and Gate Options
The MVG40 incorporates the MX and BX 13-27 Series nozzle range in sizes ranging from 45-450mm in length with standard pitching of 75mm (can be modified to fit 58mm pitching on request). Gating options include either torpedo or open tips and open, bush or sprue nuts.

Double the Adjustment
Two options are available for pin adjustment in the MVG40 range, the incremental adjustment of the headed pin and spacers or the fully adjustable threaded pin.
